Hi! My name is Taylor, and I am so happy you’re here!

If you’re like me, you love sleep, and if you’re here, you’re probably not getting enough of it! First, I’d love to tell you a little bit about myself. Before I became a mom, I worked as a behavioral therapist for kids with Autism. I am absolutely fascinated with all things behavior modification and found the work incredibly rewarding. However, once my sweet boy Eli came along, my priorities shifted, and I suddenly had to rethink my career.

Like most first time parents, I was terrified at the thought of losing my precious sleep. I truly believed that sleep deprivation was just a badge of honor all parents were forced to wear. However, I was determined to find a way to teach my child how to sleep the best way I knew how - behavior modification! Sleep is a behavior like anything else, right? Did you know that babies don’t come out already knowing how to sleep - they have to learn! Just like they have to learn how to walk and talk. I’m not going to sugar coat it. Those newborn months were the hardest months of my life. I was in a sleep deprived fog, and it affected every facet of my life. I came to the quick realization that humans need sleep for a reason! We are much better versions of ourselves when we are well rested.

So, here I was, determined to lay a healthy sleep foundation from the start in hopes to teach Eli how to become the best independent little sleeper. It took time, patience, and a lot of effort, but Eli learned to love his sleep and his crib. Happy baby, happy mama! That was when I knew that I wanted to merge my two passions - baby sleep and behavior modification - into a new career that could help families get the sleep they need to be the best versions of themselves. In my opinion, there is truly nothing more valuable than a good night of sleep!

I am here to tell you that we all deserve sleep. Being a sleep deprived parent is not a badge of honor that you have to wear anymore. I will work with you to create an individualized sleep plan based on your family’s needs, values, and desires. Say goodbye to sleepless nights and get back the beauty sleep you and your family deserve! You won’t regret it.

When I’m not thinking about baby sleep or taking care of my own babies, I love to snowboard and swing dance with my husband Eric. I am a huge foodie and love to cook everything from salads to ribeyes. I also recently wrote and self published a children’s book called Tonight I Wear Jammies, which was such a fun experience!
